National Events

Chefette's thrust to assist wherever possible extends to the cultural arts through support and sponsorship of the numerous local festivals and carnivals. These events encourage the various communities to come together for fun, education & spirituality for the entire family.

Crop Over Festival

Chefette continues to partner with some of the key participants in the premium national cultural Crop Over festival which is held in July & August annually.  The company sponsors the following during the Crop Over festival:

GospelFest

Since 2003 Chefette has been sponsoring Gospelfest which is the premiere gospel event in the Caribbean.  Spirituality is an integral part of one’s life development, especially in the youth, and therefore the restaurant chain sponsors the “Chefette Gospel Kids Experience” at the Garfield Sobers Gymnasium and One Awesome Day at Farley Hill National Part in May annually.

Holetown Festival

Since 1994 Chefette has been sponsoring the “Chefette Floodlit Tattoo” of the Holetown Festival which features the Royal Barbados Police Force, The Mounted Police & the Cadets of the Regional Police Training School showcasing the different functions carried out by their departments.

Oistins Fish Festival

After a six year break from sponsoring the Oistins Fish Festival, we are happy to announce that Chefette Restaurants is once again a Proud sponsor of the Oistins Fish Festival.  The sponsorship agreement is for four years and will be renewed in 2022. Chefette is the proud sponsor of the Fish Boning and Greasy Pole competitions.
