Our Statement On COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers

At Chefette Restaurants, your health, safety and well-being remain our top priority.  As the COVID-19 virus begins to impact our community and our daily lives, we assure you that we are closely monitoring developments and are taking action at our restaurants and facilities to protect and support our family of employees and customers. To ensure our employees’ safety and that of our customers our restaurants are:

Monitoring and Communicating with Employees

Employees have been instructed to follow the guidance of the local authorities and to take the required precautions to ensure they keep themselves and everyone around them healthy.

Increasing Hard Surface Area Cleaning

Our restaurants have increased the routine cleaning of high-touch, hard surface areas such as countertops, chairs, tables, credit card machines and other checkout surfaces, etc.

Ensuring Safe Food Handling and Hygiene Practices

We are being vigilant about ensuring employees are following our standard safe practices for food handling and hygiene, limiting skin to skin contact during credit cards and cash handover and our employees have increased their frequency of hand washing.

Monitoring Salad Bars at the Barbecue Barns

Employees will be frequently changing serving utensils, sanitizing, and monitoring all Salad Bars.

Increasing Resources for our Drive-Thrus and Online Ordering

We are encouraging our customers to utilize our 11 Drive-Thrus and “Order & Pay” online system at www.chefette.com to assist us with limiting person to person contact. Our online service is available at all Chefette and Barbecue Barn locations

Please know that we are committed to taking all possible measures to keep our employees and customers safe and healthy and we encourage you to follow the hygiene and safety guidelines of the local authorities. We will be communicating with you if and when we have additional updates or information to share.

Thank you for being a loyal Chefette customer.
