Chefette Continues Giving Back by Providing Tours for Over 500 Children

Chefette’s long history of giving back continues and during the last 2 weeks they organized tours for over 500 children from various schools on the Island to visit places of Interest and then have lunch at one of their restaurants.  Children and teachers were invited from Selah Primary, Bayleys Primary, Ellerton Primary, Windsor High School & Christ Church Foundation School. 

The schools’ toured these various locations Harrison’s Cave, Airport Fire Station, Barbados Concorde Experience, PEG Farm & Nature Reserve and Bushy Park Barbados Inc. After each tour the groups had lunch at one of Chefette, namely Rockley, Lancaster and Six Roads.  The feedback from the students and teachers was very favourable.

Ellerton Primary School teacher Ms. Prescott said, “The tour to the Airport fire station was certainly memorable. The officers were very informative and engaging. We enjoyed the high standards of service and excellent food served at Chefette Rockley. Everybody Loves Chefette!”    

Christ Church Foundation teacher/Coach Miss Blackman said, “Every aspect of the tour was amazing. The Bushy Park adventure was greatly enjoyed. The staff, conditions and Service at Chefette Six Roads was beyond our expectation. Excellent service was given throughout.”

Marquest Clarke-Griffith Chefette’s Marketing Officer stated, “ giving back is always a wonderful feeling and being part of a team and company that continues to give back makes it even more exciting especially when it is appreciated.”
