Chefette Supports Children with Autism

Once again, Chefette Restaurants, Barbados’ local restaurant chain, is providing financial support to one of our local charities.  More4Kids Barbados, an organization that provides support for families through diverse therapies, academic support, along with staff and parent training by funding services for children in need while raising awareness of autism; will on this occasion receive assistance from Chefette.

Recently at Chefette’s corporate office, representative of More4Kids Barbados Natasha Heaselgrave, while receiving the cheque said “More4Kids Barbados is elated to have the support of Chefette for the 4th consecutive year. We at More4kids Barbados appreciate their continued support not only with the funding of our Autism Project, but also with the annual Light It Up Blue and Get Your Blue On Autism Awareness campaigns. Without Chefette's support, our ability to help provide brighter futures to children and families affected by Autism in Barbados would have been greatly diminished.”

Advertising Manager, Lisa Carter said “Chefette will continue to support the More4Kids Charity in achieving the noble goal of aiming to improve the lives of children and families living with Autism in Barbados. Again this year,  we will be part of the Light It Up Blue campaign and the lights at our Lancaster location will be reflecting blue for the month of April.”
