Online Orders FAQs
We took the conscious decision to launch our online ordering with a limited menu to ensure that we could provide the best customer experience under controlled conditions. Once we are satisfied that the process is working optimally we will continue to add items to the online menu.
You can pay with the following types of credit cards: VISA Credit cards, VISA Debit Cards, Mastercard and Discover.
Chefette uses the services of a highly established payment provider who has been providing online payment solution for 20 years and is fully PCI DSS Level 1 Certified. No credit card information is stored on our servers.
Orders can be cancelled by clicking the link provided in the e-receipt or by going to the Orders section of your My Chefette. Orders must be cancelled prior to the cancellation time shown on the e-receipt or in the Orders section. We prepare orders so that they are ready at the selected pickup time and as a result order cannot be cancelled after the stated cancellation time as we would have started to prepare the order.
Coupons can be redeemed while on the Payment Confirmation page. A list of available coupons will be shown, simply select the one you want to apply to the order. Only one coupon can be applied to a single order.
You can opt to save your favourite items customized the way you want to your My Favs page. To do so you have to be signed in and from the cart click the "Add to Favs" button next to the item. To order an item from My Favs go to My Chefette and My Favs and add the item to the cart. Any customizations you saved will be automatically reflected in the cart.
Go to the pickup location you specified at the specified pickup time and go directly to the Pickup Counter (there is no need to queue at the cashier). Notify one of our hostesses that you have come to collect an online order. Ensure that you have you e-receipt with the barcode either on yor mobile (or a printed copy). The hostess will instruct you to scan the barcode and then pass your order. Very Important! If you fail to present a valid e-receipt with barcode you will not be allowed to collect the food.
Go to the My Chefette section of the website and then to My Orders. The order will be listed there and the barcode will be displayed. This can be used in place of the e-receipt.
Yes. Up to $400 in Gift Certificates can be ordered online and picked up from any of our locations. Kindly note you are limited to a maximum of $400 Gift Certificates per day per location. If you wish to order more than $400 in Gift Certificates kindly contact (246) 629-3378 or email email@example.com.

Yes you can. On the order confirmation page which shows the barcode there is a yellow button called "Save card for future transactions". Simply click the button. Note, the credit card is not saved on our server but on the server's of our payment provider.
E-coupon (electronic coupons) coupons which can be used online online and can be for a fixed dollar amount off the order, a percentage discount off the order or a free item. They are awarded from time to time at our discretion for promotional purposes.
You will be notified of any e-coupons which are awarded to you by email and you can also see a list of your current e-coupons in the My Coupons section of My Chefette.
To use an e-coupon you need to place an online order. During the checkout process on the Order Review page any e-coupons you have applicable to the current order will be listed at the bottom of the page. Simply click the e-coupon you want to use and then click the Apply button. Your order total will be adjusted to show the discount applied. Then go ahead and pay the discounted price.
