What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discovery cards. However, for online purchases we only accept Visa and Mastercard.

Is my credit card information safe?

Chefette uses the services of a highly established payment provider who has been providing online payment solution for 20 years and is PCI DSS Level 1 Certified. No credit card information is stored on our servers.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled by clicking the link provided in the e-receipt or by going to the My Orders section. Orders must be cancelled prior to the cancellation time shown on the e-receipt or in the Orders section. We prepare orders so that they are ready at the selected pickup time and as a result order cannot be cancelled after the stated cancellation time as we would have started to prepare the order.

Can I save my Favourite Items?

Yes! You save a favourite item by clicking the "Save Favourite" (star) button next to it in your cart. Later on, you can go to My Favourites and add the customised item to your cart.

How do I pickup my order?

Go to the pickup location you specified at the specified pickup time and go directly to the Pickup Counter (there is no need to queue at the cashier). Notify one of our hostesses that you have come to collect an online order. Ensure that you have you e-receipt with the QR code either on yor mobile (or a printed copy). The hostess will instruct you to scan the QR code and then pass your order. Very Important! If you fail to present a valid e-receipt with QR code you will not be allowed to collect the food.

What if I delete the e-receipt email with the QR code?

Go to My Orders section. The order will be listed there and the QR code will be displayed. This can be used in place of the e-receipt.

Can Gift Certificates be purchased online?

Yes. Up to $400 in Gift Certificates can be ordered online and picked up from any of our locations. Kindly note you are limited to a maximum of $400 Gift Certificates per day per location. If you wish to order more than $400 in Gift Certificates kindly email info@chefette.com.

Who should I contact for online ordering queries?

Direct queries related to online ordering and the website in general can be emailed to info@chefette.com or submitted via the Contact Us page.

Can I save my credit card for future purchases?

Yes you can. On the Checkout page, tick the option that says 'Securely save card for future transactions?'. Note, the credit card is NOT saved on our server. It is securely saved on the servers of our payment provider.
