The My Rewards program is an exciting new program from Chefette, which allows you to earn points from purchases made via the Chefette app. These points can be redeemed via the app or website for selected items from our menu.

Just download the Chefette app from the App Store or Google Play Store and you’ll be automatically entered into the My Rewards program when you first use the app to a purchase.

Each dollar spent (excluding VAT and the delivery fee) is worth 10 points.

You earn points by making purchases in the Chefette App. For every dollar spent (excluding VAT and the delivery fee), you earn 10 points.

No, points can only be earned through purchases made using the Chefette App.

Points are not awarded on redeemed items or on the delivery fee.

Click Rewards in the App sidebar or in the Website main menu. Under the Redeem section, you'll see the tiers of rewards items and the number of points you need to redeem the items in each tier. The more points you have, the higher the tier you are in and therefore can redeem more valuable prizes. The My Rewards program is split into eight (8) points-based tiers: 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000 and 16000 points for different rewards from the over forty (40) menu items. Essentially, more points unlocks more rewards. If you have enough points to redeem an item, just click on it, click Redeem and the item will be added to the cart.

Yes you can. You can redeem a reward and still earn points from the other items you’ve added to the order.

No, you can only redeem one reward per order. However, if you place multiple orders in a day, you can redeem one reward in each order.

Yes, points are only awarded for purchases made via the Chefette App.

Points expire at the beginning of the month, 6 months after they were awarded.

Just go to the Rewards section of the app or website to see your current number of points and what Rewards tier you qualify for. In addition, when we send an order email notification, you’ll be told how many points you earned, redeemed and currently have.

No, points cannot be shared with (or transferred to) other people.
